Windows 7 Loader là tool dùng để active Windows 7, phiên bản này hoạt động với RTM và Final. Cách sử dụng đơn giản: 

- Bước 1 - Tắt UAC: Vào Control Panel -> System and Security -> Change User Account Control Settings, kéo thanh trượt xuống mức thấp nhất, sau đó nhấn OK và Restart máy tính. 

- Bước 2 - Chạy Loader: Nhấn phải vào file "Windows Loader.exe", chọn "Run as Administrator...", cửa sổ ct hiện ra như sau: 

Công việc chỉ là đơn giản nhấn Install, sẽ có một hộp thoại hiện ra, nhấn OK, cửa sổ Loader sẽ biến mất nhưng đừng làm gì hêt, cứ chờ, một lát sẽ có thông báo thành công hiện ra và yêu cầu nhấn OK để restart lại hệ thống. Xong.
